  2. Take 3 Big onion chopped

  6. Get Salt as per taste
  7. Make ready 1/2 spoon turmeric
  8. Take 1 spoon red chilli powder
  9. Prepare 2 spoon coriander powder
  10. Prepare 1 spoon chicken masala powder
  11. Prepare 2 clove
  12. Take 2 cardamom
  13. Take 1 " cinnamon
  14. Take 1/2 cumin
  15. Get 1 bay leaves
  16. Make ready 3 spoon oil
  17. Take 1 spoon chopped coriander leaves

And there is no standard recipe for it. Anything that has chicken and spice would be put as murgh masala. A restaurant menu would describe this dish as succulent and spicy chicken whole legs cooked in onion ,tomatoes and almond gravy. Chicken: Boneless, skinless chicken pieces work best.

Steps to make Murg masala:
  1. Wash the chicken with water.
  2. Add salt, turmeric and ginger garlic paste, mix well and marinate for 1/2 hrs.
  3. Afterthat heat oil in a pan add cumin, bay leaves, clove, cardamom and cinnamon when it's crackle add chopped onion and fry until tranculent.
  4. Now add marinated chicken and mix well.
  5. Add all remaining spices and chopped tomatoes, cook for 12-15 min on medium flame.
  6. Now add 1 cup water and cover and cook for 15 min on low heat.
  7. Finally add chopped coriander leaves and switch off the flame.
  8. Serve hot with rice or roti.

Add the ginger, garlic, cumin, paprika, chilli powder, cream and garam masala. It's a spicy, tomato-based dish seasoned with garlic, ginger, fenugreek and garam masala. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat. This is an easy recipe for Chicken Tikka Masala–chicken marinated in yogurt and spices and then served in a tomato cream sauce.
