- Ab aik pateeli mein rice ke liye oil dalsin aur sath zeera sur kaali mirch bhi aur rice bhi daal dain
- Phr is mein pani aur salt dasl kar mix kar ke cover kar ke medium flame par cook krain jab rice mein pani khatm ho jae to 3 dy 4 minute dum par rakh dain.
- Salan mein end mein garam masala dprinkle kar dain minute dum par rakh dain. Jab rice done ho jae to marzi hai opper sy zardy ka rung sprinkke kar dain
- Dono cheezain ready hain ab serve kar dain
