- Heat oil till hot then take your chicken pieces one by one coat in flour then eggs then flour again and dip in the hot oil. Fry until you get that beautiful brown colour. The heat should not be high so the chicken cooks properly in the inside
- When well cooked, remove from fire draining the excess oil
- Note-you can use breadcrumbs instead of the second flour
- Serve with home made fries and some guacamole salad. Don't forget your favorite drink
