  24. Prepare 1/4 tsp yellow food colour
Instructions to make Kfc Rice And Spice:
  1. Marinate the chicken wings with egg, ginger garlic paste, soy sauce, vinegar, hot sauce, salt, black pepper, red chilli powder, red chill flakes, 1 tbsp maida and 1 tbsp cornflour
  2. Set this aside for 6 hours in fridge while covered. The more you marinate the better results.
  3. In a plate add cornflour, maida, salt and red chilli powder for coating mix.
  4. Roll the marinated wing in this coating and deep fry in hot oil
  5. Fry for 7 to 8 minutes each side. Set aside when done
  6. In a pot add oil, cloves, black peppercorns and garlic chopped. Fry for a minute.
  7. Add soaked rice and 3 cups of water to it.
  8. When water is about to evaporate completely take out 1/4 of rice and add food colouring to it.
  9. Put back the coloured rice in pot and add roughly chopped green chillies too but do not mix.
  10. Cover and cook until water completely dries and rice are done.
  11. Mix the rice completely before serving.
  12. In a platter place rice then chicken then drizzle some chilli garlic sauce and serve
