- In a large mixing bowl marinate chicken cubes with salt, pepper,lime juice & buttermilk for atleast 5-6 hours.
- Now in another mixing bowl make a smooth batter of maida,cornflour,egg,salt & milk.
- Place breadcrumbs in a flat dish.
- Now carefully dip the marinated chicken cube in the batter & then roll in breadcrumbs. Refrigerate all the coated chicken for 1/2 hr atleast.
- Now heat sufficient oil in a kadhai & deep fry all the coated chicken cubes on medium flame.
- Serve hot with dips of ur choice
